NBSL & Sunderland Business Support Fund have launched 40% grant funding for projects costing between £3,000 and £6,000 (excluding VAT) for businesses based in Sunderland.

This grant can be used for web design and development, marketing design costs, marketing planning, business growth planning and much more.

To qualify for the SBSF, businesses must:

Be based in Sunderland and pay business rates to Sunderland City Council.
Be actively trading and making sales.
Qualify as an SME, employing fewer than 250

Additionally, projects must:

Support business growth by creating or safeguarding jobs.
Be completed within 3 months.
Be finalised, with the grant claimed, by February 2025 at the latest.

  • Discovery

    Every project starts with a thorough Discovery phase. This helps identify what's unique about your organisation, research your industry and truly understand your challenges and goals.

  • Sitemap & Planning

    We then use the Discovery phase to start creating a detailed sitemap for the new website, planning out exactly which pages it will contain. We also plan which features and functionality the new website could offer.

  • Wireframing & Visual Design

    The Design phase is where we start to visualise how the new website will look. Starting with simple wireframes to establish the overall layout, we flesh out the website into a high fidelity design.

  • Development

    Once you've approved the high fidelity designs, we're ready to start the Development phase. This phase includes setting up the CMS, coding the new site's framework, testing and SEO, followed by the launch.
